Terri's usual fee is $1000 + transportation and lodging, but Terri will appear at the winning reader's chosen school or library* for free. Sponsoring organization (ex: school, library, parent organization, school district) will only be responsible for the cost of author transportation and lodging **
Second prize: 15 minute Skype author visit with Terri Farley for school OR public library of entrant's choice
Third prize: free autographed books for entrant & school OR public library of entrant's choice
All three winning entries will be featured in Terri Farley's newsletter, on PhantomStallion.com and TerriFarley.com
*Terri Farley may also appear at 4H, Scout, church, humane, reading and literacy events

- You must submit an Entry Form that includes full name and parent/guardian permission (for readers under 18).
- Your trailer must be G rated
- Your trailer must be created with your own materials (images, audio, video).You may also use Creative Commons, iMovie, SoundzAbound or other royalty free material with a crediting slide.
- Your trailer must be 1 - 2 minutes long
- Judging will be based on creativity, accuracy and style
- Judges: a panel of librarians and published writers, including Terri Farley
- Winners and prizes will be announced April 1, 2012.
Teachers, librarians and online sources (also, parents and friends, but pets? Not so much) can supply lots of tips on how to make book trailers.

Entrant retains all other rights and may use the Reading Terri Farley Rocks 2012 contest trailer for class projects, library events, other contests, etc.
